I was going to purchase a car from them. Called never returned my calls or answered them spent most of my time on hold. Got a hold of them , they said come on down to look at the car had a bill of sale already drew up the week before, and they sold it out from under me on my way down to look at the car. Bad for business. I wouldn't waste my time or take my business there again.
I bought a car today and immediately took it on a road trip to Ohio. Great car, great price, great service. Very nice people and helpful.

I have purchased a total of 4 vehicles and in the process of the 5th at this dealership. I can say with great pride there is no place I'd rather go. I know from the past amazing experiences that I know I'm getting a fair deal and they truly go the extra mile to maintain and ensure customer satisfaction! Jared, Bob, and Jacquie are fantastic people and excellent sales men/women. I truly mean when I say don't trust these bad reviews they aren't even close to the reviews they should be getting. I will NEVER buy another used car from anyone else other than Burnworth. If you don't believe my review than take a trip to Burnworth and see for yourself. It's well worth it!
I will never buy a car here again. They messed up the paper work. Specifically did not transfer the plates. So we have never received a title and furthermore have been driving this vehicle for over a year. I called them for two weeks and they absolutely did nothing to help us at all. They said they would but never did. Very incompetent and unreliable and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. Penn dot told me this was not the first time that they have dealt with this same problem with this company.
