MIND YOU.. i am active duty in Florida , cannot just go to the bank.. my husband and i have no food currently and cannot pay any bills .. If I could give this bank a negative rating , I’d do just that. I spoke with 3 different tells on 3 different days.. my headache started when my car was shut off on 6 November because they were sending me a new one (with a chip). I wasn’t informed of this (strike 1). Strike 2 occurred when I called and gave this teller my address AND confirmed it but it was sent to the wrong address and returned. Strike THREE happened on Friday 8 December when I was told my card would be sent out that day and would get to me on Thursday 14 December. So the last strike occurred today when I called and was told that this isn’t in their hands anymore but the post office. Thank you for nothing first National. I am absolutely disgusted with how awfully I have been treated. Shame on this bank.
